Seminar on Ainu Culture Education in Schools
–Promoting Understanding of Ainu Culture to Students–

A seminar for elementary, middle, and high school teachers to help them incorporate Ainu culture education into their curriculum.

Special Exhibition
Ryuzo Torii and the Ainu –Looking to the North–

Special Exhibit on the works of Ryuzo Torii, who studied the Kurile Ainu from 1899. The exhibition will include the results of his findings as well as feature information on the Ainu today. The exhibit will be ongoing, while gallery talks, a commemorative speech, and workshops are scheduled for certain dates.
